Definitions

"The School" means Acharyakulam Near Patanjali Yogpeeth Phase - II, Post Office - Patanjali Yogpeeth Delhi-Haridwar National Highway - 58, Haridwar - 249405II - Haridwar INDIA and/or its Managing Committee.

"Payment" means payment made online for registration fees.

"Payment Gateway" means HDFC bank which is the payment gateway for the online Payment.

"Payee" means the person/parents who is making online Payment.

Amount of Payment:

The amount of Payment done for registration fees or contribution is inclusive of all transaction charges/fees payable to Payment Gateway or any other charges like taxes etc. payable to any Statutory bodies set by Government of India.

Receipt of Payment:

The Payment Gateway either confirms or rejects the status of payment to our web application at the time of online Payment.

With rejection the Payee shall be informed immediately regarding the failure.

But with success the real receipt of Payment occurs few days after the date of online payment.

The actual number of days depends upon Payment Gateway and Payee's financial organization like Credit/Card service provider and banks.

Only after getting the final confirmation from the Payment Gateway, will the financial accounting books of the School be updated.

Legalities

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time .

All matters of dispute are subject to Haridwar jurisdiction only.

Payment once made shall not be refunded under any circumstance.

Privacy Policy:

Acharyakulam uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law.

However Acharyakulam will exchange information with other companies and organizations for the sole purposes of fraud protection and risk reduction. However, in the case of abuse or breach of security, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties, which receive the information illegally.

Acharyakulam will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.

Personally identifiable consumer information is also shared with third parties (such as our Acquiring banks and credit card processors) to the extent necessary for Acharyakulam to deliver payment processing services. Acharyakulam is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. Acharyakulam may also link to a wide variety of other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.

Security

Information security is critical to our business. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We store information gathered on secure computers. When you make payment using your card, all required transaction details are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted by Payment Gateway Service Provider and then it transfers them to your card issuer for obtaining an authorization decision. At no time during the payment process or thereafter does Acharyakulam have access to, or store, your complete card account information.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your Login ID/password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer and otherwise protect the password used to access the Acharyakulam's services.

The security of your personal information and email address is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit / debit card number) on our Payment Gateway Bank's, they encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information and email address submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information and email address, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Updation of Policy

We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time by placing a prominent notice on our website. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
